Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Orders
If we made an error on your order, we will correct it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Personalized tumblers
Custom apparel (DTF/sublimation)
Journals, books, and printed materials
Event/custom bulk items
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
